Central Virginia Housing Picking up Steam....
This is very good, The low rates and tax incentives are working..We are seeing a much busier month than previousFor any one that had "thought" of buying, get busy and do it..,before the homes start jumping in price. When the economy picks up along with housing, we should see increases in prices.. There are foreclosures out there, and for a while, we will keep seeing them. One reason, is the lenders have prolonged taking many of them back.. There are homeowners that are far behind in their payments.. Once these are"cleaned up" we will begin our normalcy..
